You pay shipping to us and we will pay shipping back to you if the item is repaired (continental U.S. orders only). You are responsible for return shipping if there is nothing wrong with the item. There is a 20% restocking fee on returned items. If you received the wrong item, do not open or use it. Scratched, damaged, or "used looking" items can be sold back to us as used at about 50% of our price.
The warranty does not cover RF damage, such as blown finals. This type of damage is caused by improper use. Please call us for instructions before returning an item. We often find that there is not a problem with the item. Often a switch or knob is set wrong, or it is being used incorrectly. Proper operation and installation of the equipment is your responsibility. Radio problems (poor range, cutting in & out) are often in the antenna system or mic. Some minor radio problems will not be covered (ex. slight warbling on Tx or Rx, slight frequency drift). Radio LED's are not covered unless 3 or more LED segments are out, except on new radios.
Please complete the "Repair & Return" form found in the top left menu of our homepage. You will be prompted to print the form to mail in with your return. Please include a copy of this email, copy of receipt or order ID number, name address, phone(s), and a brief description of the problem with returns.
Most items also have a 1 to 3 year manufactures "repair only" warranty. Examples below:
2-3 year warranty: Galaxy, Ranger, Texas Ranger, Cobra CB radios.
1 year warranty: Connex, General, Uniden, Magnum, Millennium & most antennas.
Lifetime warranty: Monkey Made antennas.
No manufactures warranty: Superstar radios.

Shipping And Handling Orders are shipped UPS Ground and are insured. Freight estimates are based on shipping within the Continental US. Contact us for shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii. Under certain circumstances, UPS may charge additional freight to some locations.
Shipping to a P.O. boxes will likewise incur a modest up-charge for special handling.
There will be a minimum $8.00 additional charge for incorrect shipping addresses.
Refused Shipments: The customer will be charged for shipping charges to the customer and for the shipping charges back to Ten-Four C.B. Store; A 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally ship your order within 1 - 2 business days. Approximate UPS Ground shipping times is 3-5 days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Our business is operated from Florida. Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to a Florida address. All other orders are tax free.
